Before shipment, call the store to confirm current transfer procedures and any information the sending dealer may need. Freedom Depot’s transfer fee is $25 per transferable item.

The sending dealer should contact Freedom Depot to exchange or request the proper license and transfer information before shipping the item.
Confirm receipt with Freedom Depot
Tracking may show delivery before the item has been processed. The customer should contact Freedom Depot to confirm receipt of the item. Do not assume the item is ready for pickup until Freedom Depot confirms it has been processed and is available.
Complete the in-store process
Bring the identification and documentation required by applicable law and store policy. The regulated transfer is completed in person.
